Blackpink's Lisa has officially charted on the Billboard charts and fans couldn't be prouder. She debuted at no. 84 on Hot 100 and at no. 2 on Global 200 charts.
Blackpink's Lisa is officially on the charts. After releasing her much-awaited solo single album, LALISA, on September 10, Lisa has officially made her Billboard debut on HOT 100 and Global 200 charts. The charts dated September 25 confirm that LALISA debuted at no. 84 on HOT 100.
According to Billboard, Lisa is the second member of Blackpink to have a solo entry on HOT 100 after Rosé released her own solo On the Ground. Rosé had debuted at no. 70 earlier this year and now Lisa made her own Billboard chart appearance at no. 84.
Another piece of good news for Lisa and her fans is that she not only charted in the top 100 but also made an explosive debut in the Global 200 rankings by bagging the second position. The Top 10 Global Excl. U.S. chart, too, had the same result.
Besides her HOT 100 AND Global 200 debut, Billboard's latest update also places Lisa on number 3 as an "Emerging Artist" on the chart. Another K-pop act that made it to this list is the 4th gen boy group ATEEZ who placed first.
Prior to Lisa's massive success with her solo, the entirety of Blackpink has charted seven songs till now on the HOT 100. Their latest one being Lovesick Girls from The Album. With LALISA, Lisa has earned her first solo entry on the much-coveted charts.
