Returns, Refunds & Exchange

Returns & Exchange Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used beauty and personal care products unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Contact Us Before Returning or Exchanging

Customers must contact us before mailing any product back.
Please email our customer service team at hello@kloft.com.au and include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Photos of the item (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

We will assess your request and provide you with return/exchange instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an eligible item for another product, please contact us first to check availability. Exchanges are only processed once the original item has been received and inspected. Any price differences and additional shipping fees will be communicated and must be settled before dispatching the replacement item.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless:

  • The product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent by us

We recommend using a trackable courier service. KLOFT is not liable for any parcels lost or damaged during return transit.

5. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must arrive in resaleable condition. We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges if the product is used, opened, or not in original condition and packaging.

6. Refunds & Processing Time

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

7. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Unless defective or incorrect, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Opened beauty or personal care products

  • Gift cards

Kloft reserves the right to reject any exchange or return that does not fulfill any of the above policy and will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of return, exchange or refund of merchandise.
