SHIPPING HANDLING COMMITMENT

• Orders submitted before 8am Monday to Friday are processed the same day and shipped the next day.
• Orders submitted after 8am Monday to Thursday are processed the next day and shipped the day after.
• Orders submitted after 8am on Friday (weekend orders) are processed on the following Monday and shipped the next day.
• Orders submitted after 8am on the eve of Public Holidays are processed on the next working day and shipped the next day.
