1. Shipping Providers

All orders placed on KLOFT are shipped using third-party courier services, including but not limited to Sendler and Australia Post. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate courier based on the delivery address and parcel size.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. All shipping fees are borne by the customer and are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier’s schedule, delivery location, and unforeseen delays such as peak periods or weather disruptions. Estimated delivery timeframes are:

  • Metropolitan areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days

Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You may track your parcel directly on the courier’s website. KLOFT is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or for incorrect tracking updates.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. KLOFT is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

6. Missed Deliveries & Re-delivery

If a delivery is missed and the parcel is returned to sender or requires re-delivery, additional shipping fees may apply. Customers are responsible for arranging redelivery or collection from the courier’s designated pick-up location.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

KLOFT takes care to ensure your parcel is securely packed for shipment. However, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit. If such issues arise, customers are advised to contact the courier directly to initiate a claim.

8. International Shipping

At this time, KLOFT only ships within Australia. We do not offer international shipping.
