1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON KLOFT?
1.1 Create/Log in to your account
Select the type and quantity product you wish to purchase and click “Add to bag”. The item(s) will then appear in your Shopping bag.
Click “Continue Shopping” to keep browsing, or “Continue” to fill in your delivery and payment information. Note that you will be unable to cancel or modify your order once payment has successfully been processed.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and order number. If you have questions about your order, email us at hello@kloft.com.au with your order number.
2. I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD
If you have forgotten your password, click "Forget your password". Enter your email address to receive a new password sent to the email address specified.
3. CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER PAYMENT?
4. WHAT PRIVILEGES DO I ENJOY WHEN I SHOP AT KLOFT?
4.1 You will receive beauty samples with every order made on Kloft.
4.2 Enjoy free local delivery with a minimum purchase of $80.
Beauty samples and promotions are subjected to stock and Kloft reserves the right to end any promotion, replace or substitute any gift/samples without prior notice.
