Lowest Price Guarantee

Kloft ensures that the prices on kloft.com (our official e-store) are lower than or at least the same as any Kloft store on other ecommerce platforms, subject to prevailing terms and conditions.

On the occasion where you find a lower price at our stores on other ecommerce platforms after having purchased the item from hebeloft.com, and this difference in price is not due to an ongoing platform-specific promotion, (e.g. 11.11, Flash Sales, One Day Specials), you will be refunded the difference if you bring it up to us within 7 days.

Q: How do I request for a refund from Hebeloft?
A: Customers can visit our showroom at 20 Deane Street, Shop 20, NSW 2138, Australia, or email kloft@hebeloft.com within 7 days of purchase. Please highlight the lower price you want us to match and provide a screenshot of (1) the receipt from your purchase at kloft.com, and (2) the price tag, advertisement or catalogue on the Kloft store in question on the day that you notice the discrepancy in price, to facilitate the price match.

Q: How long do I have to wait to get a refund?
A: If you visit our showroom, we will be able to process the claim in the same visit, provided proof is provided as mentioned above and all requirements are met. Requests through email typically take three working days to process.

Q: Do you price match "free gift with purchase" offers?
A: No, we do not.

Q: How will the difference in price be refunded to me?
A: The difference will be refunded in the form of a voucher for our e-store, which will be sent via email. Alternatively, we are able to refund the difference in cash, if you make the claim by visiting our showroom in person. You are only allowed to claim one price match per item.

The latest Kloft Price Promise takes effect from 1 June 2021. 

Kloft reserves the right to reject any exchange or return that does not fulfill any of the above policies, and will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of return, exchange or refund of merchandise.
